Dr. Banos was my first surgery, first hospital stay. Reverse Total on right shoulder. Very realistic in his discussions with me, prior to and after. ( Didn't let my hopes get too high) I'll go back to him and the team if I wreck the other one!
His ever present assistant, Julia, deserves a shoutout too. She was a very calming presence at every visit. Easily the best Orthopedic Scribe I've ever dealt with.
